Brief Project Description

Construction of a steel process building (Prozessgebäude) for the sludge incineration process from wastewater treatment.

Our Contribution

Conceptualization, development, and calculation/sizing of all steel structures, including crane beams and brackets.

Creating a 3D model in TEKLA Structures.

Preparing overview drawings of all steel structures, including bracket connections to the concrete structure and embedded elements.

Modelling all connections.

Preparing quantity calculations.

Intensive communication with the equipment design department.

The project is being carried out in collaboration with Grebner Ingenieure GmbH, Limburg, Germany, and Ingenierbüro T.Dressel, Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany.
