International professional experience.
We have extensive experience in project development on the territory of Germany. IG Engineering 84 Ltd. is a member of the Chamber of Engineers in Hessen, Germany (IngKH) as well as the Bulgarian Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design (KIIP).
Our Team.

Iliya Georgiev
- Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Civil Engineering with Major in steel structures from the Technical University Darmstadt, Germany (Technische Universität Darmstadt)
- Member of the Chamber of Engineers in Hessen, Germany (Ingenieurkammer Hessen)
- Design authorization in the territory of Germany according to § 68 of the Building Code of the province of Hessen, Germany (HBO 2018)
- 10 years of experience as a project manager Germany (Mainz and Frankfurt am Main)
- Certificate of completion of a training course for working with TEKLA Structures software
- Qualification as a safety coordinator at construction sites according to German regulations (SiGe Coordinator) with the corresponding certificate
- Fluent in German and English
Svetoslav Nedelchev
- Master’s degree in “Construction of Buildings and Structures” from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, Sofia
- Full design authorization from the Bulgarian Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design (KIIP)
- Experience in industrial and infrastructure design (including bridge structures)
- Participation in the development of various and specific structural solutions, mainly for international clients (Sweden, Italy, Poland, Russia)
- BIM Coordinator
- Proficiency in major software products in the field of BIM
- Good knowledge of Eurocodes
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of German
